At W & B Judd Constructions, we take pride in pushing the boundaries of traditional construction methods. Recently, we completed the first home on the East Coast of Australia built from Structural Concrete Insulated Panels in Goulburn, NSW. The project was a testament to our commitment to innovation and sustainability. Given Goulburn's cold winter climate, with temperatures sometimes plummeting to -8 degrees Celsius, we installed electrical heating elements within the walls to ensure optimal temperature regulation during the colder months. The erecting of the panels and the final completed photos demonstrate our dedication to combining old-school carpentry with cutting-edge building materials to create homes that are not only structurally sound but also energy-efficient.
